Tuesday, 08 November 2022: An international conference on the worldwide renaissance of Hindutva was organized in the Doon University on Monday (7 November 2022).

The program was organized by the Uttarakhand unit of the Pragya Pravaha. An ideological organization of Hindutva, focuses on academic. 

Panelist professors said Hindutva can be spread through environmental conservation, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, philosophy such. Professor Sadanand Damodar said the acceptance and respect towards the Indian culture can pave the way forward. 

Vice Chancellor of the Doon University Surekha Dangwal elaborated on the depths of Indian philosophy and thoughts in literature and its relevance to the modern times, can help the objectives. 

Doon University is a state public university located in Dehradun in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand.

The University is run and managed by the state government. Since 2004, Modi’s Bhartiya Janat Party – BJP is continuously ruling this state, except in 2009. 

The Chief Minister of Uttarakhand is Trivendra Singh Rawat, a member of the para military anti-Muslim organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
